Flower child – festival outfit inspiration

Festival season is upon us and whether your heading to Glastonbury, Download, Wickerman or Burning man (I wish) outfit choices can be hard, plus taking more than one pair of shoes is just wasteful packing…you need all that space for bottles of water right?

So I have styled the ultimate TUK festival boots for you so you don’t have to stress about what to wear! TUK are giving away a pair of these awesome Anarchic boots for you guys to rock all summer! Just head here to enter, oh and if you win (fingers crossed) make sure you size up, I’m a 6 but had to get a 7 as they are a little snug.

For my first look I decided to go all out flower child…well my version anyway! This look would be perfect for Burning man, Wickerman or a picnic in the park if your not heading to any festivals this year! I’ve always loved cute little dresses and boots, blame my grungy youth or obsession with Hole if you will but I still stand by the fact that it is an awesome combo. I’m so in love with this little lace number from Obscure Couture, their new collection is a dream come true! Flower crown is optional but if you do decide on one go fresh! Either make your own or buy one from an awesome florist, it will start to fade after a couple of days but I love dying flowers, there is something so morbid and beautiful about it. Layer your jewellery for a statement look, obviously henna is a choice but I love the impact it makes with these Annie Haak bracelets. Cover up, or in this case snuggle up with an oversized pastel knit at night if you get a little chilly or if you are going to any festival in the UK, just make sure your bff doesn’t try and steal it!
