EAT THE RAINBOW
So I have decided that whilst never ever going on a diet I am going to eat healthier and I hope you guys join me! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so Instead of eating cereal or bacon sandwiches everyday (note: there are days when a bacon sandwich is needed like a rainy sunday when you are forced to leave the house) I will be having a green smoothie for breakfast.
I LOVE food so I’m not planning on cutting chocolate or pizza out of my life but I could do with eating more varied veg. I will admit they do take a bit of getting used to, I have made a couple that have tasted awful, but I still drank them, think of it as natures medicine. Oh and it was coconut water that made it taste disgusting…it’s super yucky, luckily mango masks the taste perfectly!
I will be sharing my favourite recipes with you and if you have any you think are amazing let me know! But leave out the pineapple I don’t want my throat to close up THANKS <3
