Bon fire night essentials

Remember remember the 5th of November….

Bonfire night is upon us and it’s set to be a chilly one! I have compiled a little essential list for you lovelies, to make sure you stay cosy if your heading out side and snuggly if your staying in.

For those of you heading out make sure your wrapped up, this coat from Debenhams is cosy and you’ll look adorable.

This adorable headband from Crown and Glory will make sure you shine as bright as those fireworks.

Gloves are so last year (I can’t believe I just said that), keep your hands cosy with these knitted mittens from Asos.

Spending time outside in Winter is never good for your skin, keep your face protected with Dr Hauschka Rose cream, it’s cruelty free too!

Keep the nip off with some tea/coffee/mulled wine in this adorable travel cup by Happy Jackson.

If you happen to be staying in remember to keep cosy! Blankets are a must and this faux fur number from Next will have you snuggled up in no time.

There’s nothing quite like a scented candle to make a room feel warmer, Shearer Candles are made in Scotland and have an amazing range of scents, I love the Frankincense and Myrrh in the glass jar.

Keep warm with a little home-made mulled wine, it’s super easy and tastes delicious.

If you have pets keep them safe, no going out at night and lots of cuddles. Trust me when I say that a jumper helps! If you have a anxious dog you’ll probably have heard of Thunder Shirt already but if not it’s a shirt that applies a very small amount of pressure to your dogs chest and it makes them feel safe. As my dogs are a bit of an awkward shape the brand never fits them, but I have found that a normal jumper does the trick, as long as it is snug enough. Here’s Honeybee in her jumper last year.

Last but certainly not least, pop on a good movie and relax. I’ll be watching V for Vendetta…in keeping with the theme and everything.

Have an awesome bon fire night whatever you get up to!
