I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, fashion is supposed to be fun, it’s supposed to make you feel good! So with that in mind, I decided to wear my pyjamas to an awards ceremony.
When I think of pjs my mind instantly goes to fluffy onesies, but that’s not all that’s on offer from the world of sleepwear. Think silk slips, printed shirts, long line kimonos, lace camisoles, the list goes on. Pyjama tops as shirts have become fairly standard within the fashion industry and no wonder! Not only are they usually made from luxurious fabrics, they more often than not have cute prints which give a nice alternative to a standard white shirt. And Karen Mabon PJs are too good to just wear to bed!
But my MAIN reason for wearing pyjamas outside? Apart from the fact I think they look pretty awesome, is comfort. Yup, I said it, I’m 100% going for comfort this winter, but luckily you can still look stylish in your pjs as long as you pick a cute pair.
As it turns out this is one of my favourite outfits of 2016. Pjs forever right?
